Frequently Asked Questions

What date should I RSVP by?

We need all RSVP's by January 10th. If we do not hear from you by this day, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Our vendor is asking us to confirm our headcount very shortly after this date.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the limited number of people the venue allows, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you have a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding and reception are planned to be outdoors. Please plan your attire accordingly. The backup plan is to hold everything in their wine cellar/cave. Due to the small size of our wedding party, we can be flexible!

What is the dress code?

We are requesting that guests wear all-black, formal attire. For men, formal attire often means donning a dark suit paired with a white dress shirt, a conservative tie or bow tie, and dress shoes. Typical women's formal attire translates to wearing floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses with sophisticated heels or flats.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

In this area, there are VRBOs and AirBnBs. We have linked a few recommendations on the travel tab.

What time should I (we) arrive?

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and take your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will have to wait to join us at dinner right after the ceremony.

Can I take photos/video?

We are having an unplugged ceremony. (No phones or cameras.) The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do". We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us. However, feel free to take as many pictures and videos before and after the ceremony.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We will be having woodfired pizza, salad bread and of course cake! Drinks: We will be serving wine, beer, soda and water. Due to the liquor license restriction, we can not serve mixed drinks.

What is the order of events?

This is the tentative plan: 5 PM - 5:15 PM Guest Arrival 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM Ceremony 6 PM - 8:00 PM Dinner and Dancing - Let's Celebrate

Where are you registered?

We're so thrilled you're making the effort to share in our joy. Celebrating with you after we say "I do" is all we could ask for, so, in lieu of gifts, please bring your hugging arms and dancing shoes.
